Shipping & Delivery

All stocked items will be dispatched within 24-48 hours from the date the order was placed. Some specialty or pre-order items may take longer to ship; customers will be notified if so. 

Please note that all orders will be sent during our operating times of Monday-Friday between 8:00am-3:00pm Eastern Standard Time.

All items will be shipped and delivered via USPS express 2-3 day shipping. If you would like more information on the location of your items during shipping, it is your responsibility to follow up with USPS. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

If your order has already been shipped, we cannot make any changes as it is now with the courier. However you may be able to contact the courier (found on your tracking) to request any updates. 

If your order hasn't shipped, we may be able to amend this for you. Contact us ASAP and we can see if we can update your details before your order is shipped. Please note, we cannot guarantee that any changes can be made due to the high volume of orders we ship out daily. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we are unable to refund your purchase or replace the goods.

If your parcel is automatically returned to sender by the postal service, our returns team will contact you to arrange redelivery when we receive it. This usually occurs when the courier has attempted to make multiple deliveries or your parcel has been awaiting collection from your local post office and is now being returned back to our warehouse. Please note, we are unable to offer a refund for a return to sender parcel.

If you have received notification that your delivery has arrived, be sure to check around the front of your shipping address, behind your mailbox, behind plant pots etc, we also recommend checking with your neighbors or building manager to ensure it hasn't been collected on your behalf. Indie & Beau is not able to offer any compensation if a parcel has not been received after the postal services have delivered to your address.

return and exchanges

We gladly accept returns that are requested within 30 days of the order date. You will be refunded via the method of payment used only. If you use a gift certificate to partially pay for your order, the refund will firstly go back onto the gift certificate and any remaining balance will be returned to your alternative payment method. Once we receive your return, please allow 2-5 business days for your return to be processed. We will email you and let you know that your return has been processed. Please note we are only able to issue one return label per order. Due to this, please ensure all items you are looking to return are included in the return request form.

We currently do not accept returns on international orders. We hope to offer this option within the next year.

We do not accept returns on the following items: Sale category items, Accessories, Jewelry, Swimwear, Intimates, Vintage, Home / Beauty

All products must be returned; Unworn and unwashed, Tags attached, Free from make up and fake tan, Free from any scent (including deodorant, perfume or washing powder).


Due to high turnover of stock we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you have purchased an item but want a different size or colour, we recommend:

1. Booking a return for your item
2. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a store credit
3. Use your store credit to re-purchase the item

Please note that items sell out quickly, so we cannot guarantee that the item you want will still be available by the time your return is processed. If you think an item may sell out we recommend you re-purchase the item before returning your order.

We make every effort to ensure stock levels are accurate at time of purchase. However, if the item(s) you have ordered is not available, you will be issued a gift certificate or refund for the out of stock item.

If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package via our contact page with all faults and digital images of the issues found. We are happy to replace goods in the case of a manufacturing fault.

Indie & Beau does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. Indie & Beau reserve the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing.

If an item is deemed as having manufacturer damage/fault, you will not incur any additional costs, and will be offered a replacement item or a refund / gift certificate

If you have received an item outside of your specified order, or an incorrect size or color, your order will be amended at no cost to you. Please contact us with any photos of the item and we will send you further information on how to proceed. We will endeavor to get the correct item to you within a normal or express timeframe. If the item is out of stock we will refund you full cost of the item and all initial shipping costs.

When returning the incorrect item, please ensure due care is taken to return the item to the warehouse in its original condition. All returned goods must be unused and in their original condition.

Additional Information

We source product through various well known brands as well as manufacturers in the LA fashion district - we do not source through manufacturers who have questionable practices. To ensure there is no wasted product left over, we order product in small quantities. Typically, we carry 6 pieces of each style at a time. Our goal is to carry unique, quality pieces at reasonable prices.
